Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, we will endeavor to dispatch all items the same working day if ordered before 2:30 PM. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed outside of these times will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Standard: Generally delivered within an average of 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation Rights: As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during the period set out in our Return Policy. Refunds: If you cancel your contract, we will refund the price you paid for the products and any delivery costs.
